I have a query relating to orders and delivery?

Our commitment to you is to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, provided that there is sufficient stock on hand. Our normal method of delivery is via Courier, however if you would like to make alternative arrangements, our Customer Service Call Centre can assist.

When you place an order please remember to provide an Official Order No., so as to protect yourself against fraudulent purchases. Regrettably, we will not be held responsible for orders placed by unauthorized personnel and therefore ask you please to make your staff fully aware of your Company's purchasing policy. If, for any reason, you do not receive your goods, please notify us in writing within 30 days from the date of the Invoice. We will then gladly send you a 'no charge' replacement.

I would like to know more about Usernames, Login & Passwords

Access codes are NOT concurrent, this means that if a login and password is in use, a second person will NOT be able to gain access. We therefore strongly recommend that your personal access codes are kept secret.
Multiple Login attempts with the same access codes are automatically monitored on this site. Should this event occur an extraordinary number of times your existing access codes will be shutdown and new ones issued.
